What your business customer sees

Login with CIF

The fleet manager logs in with CIF + a password they create themselves. They can change the person in charge without asking you.

Full history

ALL their contracts and invoices since day 1, filterable by year and status.

Direct PDF + CSV

Download invoices individually as PDF, or all of them as CSV for the advisor's Excel.

Live balance

Total invoiced, total paid and outstanding. They know at any moment what they owe you.

Annual modelo 347

When they exceed €3,005.06, an automatic alert appears and they download the 347 with all 4 quarters already calculated.

Secure multi-tenant

Each customer only sees their own data. If the same CIF has an account with another rental company on the SaaS, they must choose one.

Why does the modelo 347 matter?

The modelo 347 is the annual declaration of transactions with third parties that every Spanish company must file with Hacienda if it has been invoiced more than €3,005.06 by a single supplier in the calendar year. Companies that rent commercial fleets always meet this threshold with their regular rent a car providers.

Every year, in January, the customer's finance manager calls you: "Hi, I need last year's amounts by quarter for the 347". You open Excel, filter, add up, send them a PDF. One hour of work. For every customer. Every year.

With the business portal, that customer logs in on their own, sees the automatic alert "your 347 is ready" and downloads the document. Zero calls. Zero hassle. And your customer sees bank-level professionalism.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes it?

B2B business portal + modelo 347 on the Business plan. The individual customer portal (with ID number + contract no.) remains available from the Pro plan.

Which customers can use it?

Any customer registered as "Company" or "Self-employed" with a CIF/NIF. Private customers keep using the portal with their ID number + contract no.

Is it secure?

bcrypt passwords. Set-password token that expires after 7 days. Reset by email to the customer. Multi-tenant with a selector if the CIF matches across several companies on the SaaS.

Has the modelo 347 been validated by Hacienda?

It generates the annual summary with quarterly totals exactly as the modelo requires. The customer or their advisor imports it into their tax return. It doesn't replace the official filing — it makes it easier.

Can my customer share access with their accounting firm?

Yes. Since they log in with CIF + password, they can share the credentials with their advisor in a controlled way. The portal is recorded in the audit log with timestamp and IP.

The legal texts (legal notice, privacy policy and data processing agreement) are only available in Spanish, which is the binding version.
